This week I have illustrated Germany's biggest listings magazine cover. They do not usually use illustration for the cover, so it was a special honour to have been asked.
I like to do a bit of editorial work in between my publishing work; the quick turnaround and the short life span of editorial work gives me more freedom and spontaneity. In this case I enjoyed linking the editorial work to my last book, which was all about fish (see previous blog), and made it even easier to execute.
It's called "The tricks of the insurance industry." (I think it is quite brave of them to let me illustrate the insurance industry as a bunch of sharks).
