Delighted to bring to you the latest picture book I worked on, NÍ mise a rinne é!' (It wasn't me in English).
Written by Bridget Bhreathnach and published by Futa Fata, Ní mise a rinne é tells the story of a little boy who keeps blaming his imaginary friends for all the trouble he causes.
Sent to bed early for his bad behaviour, Séimí doesn't realise his problems are only beginning when a bunch of troublesome baby elephants appear in the night.
Will Séimí's mum believe him now that it really isn't his fault, and is in fact a gang of energetic elephants that are causing all the mayhem?
A great little story that was fun to illustrate, it gets it's official launch this Saturday in Galway city Ireland, details of which are here. It has already received a glowing review from Inis magazine, which you can read here. And if that isn't enough news for you, then I'm extra happy to say that a Chinese edition is also on the way soon!
